Lead person for new colleges

A couple of months ago, I posted that I planned to create a list of contacts for the new regional colleges. I also mentioned it in the update letters that have recently been sent to centres.

In those letters I ask for each college to nominate a person to be the lead contact for the college. This person would be the subject contact (for vocational Computing awards) and would be used to cascade subject-related information to their colleagues.

Prior to regionalisation we maintained a list of college contacts and this worked well for contacting centres. But due to the many changes that have taken place in the sector, this list is out of date. The new college lead person for Computing doesn't have to be the most senior person in the college. It can be anyone who is willing to be the first point of contact for me and my team, and be willing to share information with their fellow lecturers.

I would appreciate if you would contact me directly if wish to serve as your college lead person. I just need a name at this time, after which I will take it from there. Of course, you should consult with colleaguees before volunteering.
